Two ways to get bagels: pre-order or cater.
This week's drop.
Every week, the next batch goes live. Pick a pack (4, 6, or 12), mix and match your flavors, choose your pickup spot (Black Fox or Snowpack Taproom) or get it delivered. Drops close around 1am the day before bake — once we're sold out, we're sold out.
- Batches sell out — set an alert on Instagram
- Pickup on bake day, baked that morning
- Mix and match flavors by the half-dozen
- No phone calls, no DMs, no quote round-trips
For the whole crew.
Weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate breakfasts, baby showers, holiday parties, dinner-party brunches that bleed past noon — we've done it. Email the date, headcount, and pickup-vs-drop-off, and Jake will come back with a quote.
- Pickup or drop-off in Evergreen, Conifer, Bailey
- Mixed-flavor trays customized to the event
- Schmear + lox add-ons available
- Quotes back within 24 hours, usually faster
We're a small home bakery — for now.
Goyish Bagels operates under Colorado's Cottage Food Act out of a home kitchen in Evergreen. Production is capped by what one person can hand-roll, boil, and bake in a weekend. That means batches are limited, lead times for events matter, and we can't always say yes.
That changes in 2026 when the Coniferbrick-and-mortar opens. Same method, more capacity — and you'll be able to walk in.
